- Total Order Amount: This refers to the sum of the individual prices of the products you have added to your shopping cart on our website. *If you utilize various discounts, such as Rewards Points, then the cost will be the discounted total price of the items in your shopping cart.
- Delivery Cost: This refers to the cost incurred in delivering the product from our warehouse right to your doorstep.
- Delivery Time: This indicates the time it takes for the product you purchased to be transported from our warehouse to your hands.
- Business days refer to normal working days and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and various public holidays.
- Delivery days are only estimated values. If, due to uncontrollable factors (such as weather conditions, etc.), the products cannot be delivered within 4-7 working days, WantLah does not bear any responsibility.
- If a package is not received on the day of delivery due to reasons attributed to the recipient, then any costs incurred for the second delivery attempt(if any), or any other expenses arising from the need for the second redelivery(if any), will be borne entirely by the recipient.
- However, if you don’t receive your parcel within the promised time, please get in touch with Want Lah customer service as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to assist you. You can also track your order here.
- During peak shopping periods, such as Black Friday or 11.11, you should expect a delay of 1-2 business days in receiving the products you ordered.
Before you are ready to place an order, please carefully confirm that the information about the products you are purchasing is correct (such as size, color, style, and other personalized details), and reconfirm that your name, phone number, address, and postcode are accurate.
*If you have placed an order by mistake, you can cancel it while it is still in the “processing” status by following these steps:
Go to the ‘my account’ page – select ‘orders’ – choose the order you placed incorrectly – and click on ‘cancel request’. After you cancel the order, our staff will handle the cancellation in the backend during working hours. All cancel order requests will be approved within 24 hours. So you don’t need to worry about whether it has been successfully canceled. You can place a new order as usual after submitting your cancel order request.
The payment you made will be refunded back to your account in the original form of payment. Furthermore, if you used a coupon or rewards points for your canceled order, these will also be returned to your account, so there’s no need to worry.
*Once the order status changes to “under preparation”, it can no longer be canceled or modified. This status indicates that our factory staff have already begun a series of operations to dispatch your order, involving many departments and personnel. We ask for your understanding as we are unable to cancel your order at this stage.
- Upon receiving the products, should you discover any damage, please first take clear photographs showing the extent and specific areas of damage. Then, promptly contact WantLah customer service with these photos along with your order number. Our customer service team will review the information for further action.
- If it is confirmed that the product is indeed damaged to the extent that it’s unusable, WantLah will provide a full refund, and the customer won’t need to return the item.
- If it is confirmed that the product is damaged but only slightly and it doesn’t affect its use, the customer can choose to pay for the shipping to return the product to WantLah for a full refund.
- If you receive a product that does not match your order information, you can take photos of the product and send these photos along with a screenshot of the order information to WantLah customer service. Please take note, the photos should clearly show the product’s color, size, and style. Also, the screenshot of the order information should display the product’s color, size, and style. For situations where you receive the incorrect product due to a mistake on WantLah’s part, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and provide you with a full refund.
- For items like clothing that come in various sizes, if you find the size unsuitable after receiving the garment and wish to return it, you can bear the cost of the return yourself. WantLah will provide a full refund, and you are welcome to place a new order.
